Ali grew up in Brighton and before coming into ministry worked at a Secondary and Sixth Form school in Oxfordshire teaching Religious Education and Ethics. As part of her training for ministry she completed an MA in Theology and Transformative Practice.

She lives in Pimlico and is looking forward to exploring all that London has to offer.

As a member of a religious order (The Methodist Diaconal Order), Ali follows a Rule of Life that brings a sense of rhythm and wholeness to life. Ali is passionate about coming alongside people where they are and journeying with them as they discover God at work in their lives.
