Alongside working at church he is also a founder and director of One Rock International, a charity providing training and coaching in leadership and spiritual formation for young Christian leaders around the world, to help them in starting up or scaling up mission projects. His recent work has taken him to places as diverse as Brazil, Egypt, Rwanda and Malaysia.

Mark is a board member at Central Hall Westminster, a trustee of Fresh Expressions, and a member of the London Mission Collective. He leads prayer walks around central London, has written biographies on John Wesley and William Wilberforce, and dreams of one day getting a screenplay published.

In his spare time he supports Liverpool FC, is getting a bit fanatical about reading history and discussing great movies, and loves going for long walks with his wife Joanna.
