For twenty-one years Howard worked at Cliff College in two posts as Director of Evangelism and Principal at a time considerable development at the College.

Now a Supernumerary Minister living in Winchester, Howard is an Ecumenical Canon at Winchester Cathedral; volunteering as a gardener for the National Trust at Mottisfont; writing about Wesleyan theology, discipleship and Christianity in China.

Rosie is an experienced Primary school teacher with a desire to see developing work among children and families. This has been crucial in the ministry they had together in Hong Kong from 2011. The present Covid-19 pandemic has restricted their on-going commitment to serving the Methodist International Church Hong Kong and teaching at the Cambodian Methodist Bible School.
